Jardin Secreto Salvador Bachiller

Found this spot on google and was looking forward to it, cute little rooftop area, but not able to see any sights and very hot as not as air conditioned as they advertise. A few fans scattered here and there. Lovely cocktails but pricey, more expensive than the sister ones which are close by, not sure why. We’d paid the bill and stopped as walking out, very rude staff alleging that we were €5 euro short on the bill, they didn’t speak English so hard to resolve. Made us feel like criminals. An English worker intervened, and a third person recounted, and very quickly we were told it was ok (bill paid in full) with no apology as to their error and way they behaved with us. Put us off going again.

Almost perfect. Location, f&b great. Staff incredible professional unless one member. He was rude, arrogant, unfriendly and very unprofessional to me and my wife. Unfortunately I do not know his name, but I believe every guest’s been there knows who I mean. Can’t describe him further due to political correctness. He is the reason I won’t go there anymore and will not recommend it.

Nice food, friendly staff but all a little slow which was fine for us but not good if your limited on time. Would I go again, absolutely I would. The shops were wonderful too.

Intenté reservar por teléfono para decir que llevaba un carrito de bebé, pero ni me escucharon y me redirigieron a la web. Una vez hecha la reserva, no hay ventana de observaciones, por lo que no lo pude poner y ya no iba a perder más tiempo en llamar. Obviamente, llegamos y tuvimos problemas para poder meter el carro. Además, ni siquiera tienen trona, por lo que el niño tiene que estar apartado de los demás. Me da pena que no se piense en ellos porque yo habría disfrutado mucho más de la reunión si no hubiera tenido al niño enfadado porque no veía a nadie desde el carro y no podía participar.

Estuvimos el viernes por la noche y nos atendieron Santiago, Carla, Ariel, Leo e Ily. Excelente atención y recomendaciónes sobre el menú. Repetiremos!!!!
