Wild Winds Station - Madras

I love to come here for beer, pickle fries, and steak salads! The stuffed burgers are worthwhile. The staff are always friendly and attentive. During daylight hours, it's a very kid friendly place. Great little place! Stopped on the way out to Bend, the chicken strips were fantastic, and you get a lot for your money! Each strip was more than twice the size I'm used to. BBQ sauce and tater tots are also really good. Cute atmosphere with floor level/bar dining and a half story that looks out over the rest of the restaurant. Would definitely go again if I lived anywhere nearby Vegetarian options: Any of the burgers can be subbed for a black bean patty, as well as a handful of other vegetarian options.

Cool little bar/restaurant in Madras. Looks to be a local hangout for a cold beer and really good food. Brittany our waitress was great and was helping several customers at once without a hiccup. The outside of the building doesn't do what's going on inside any justice. This place is cool!
