Food was cold. Its not the drivers fault. She got here within minutes of leaving the restaurant. The bag had condensation on the inside, It appears to have been sitting before pick up

As we walked in the person taking orders was looking stressed. Was alil pushy went we was ordering. Also someone was asking the staff to clean off tables so they could sit and eat. That's something that should of just been done. However I think BK fries are better than McDonald's. ??‍

Helen the manager is amazing! Really great customer service. My app wasn't working and she went above and beyond to help me get it working. Having customer service skills like her are hard to find nowadays. She was a gem! ?

Rude service, typical fast food but way, WAY over priced. Over 10 dollars for a burger? add fries and soda for almost 5 dollars more. It had been awhile since I've been here and now I remember why.

Held our debt card for 10 minutes, Dumped the food in the bag, also put salt all over the burger ????
