Dairy Queen - Madras

The posted lobby hours on the door are pointless. If you’re not going to adhere to them, you should just remove them altogether.

I stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered a #9 to take away. It was excellent and came out quite fast—really juicy burger and the fries were surprisingly good for a DQ. The service was friendly, too. The only downside for me was the guy at the counter with facial piercings, but that's just a personal pet peeve of mine.

Most aspects have changed under the new management. The staff seems to lack the awareness we experienced previously. It also appears that the menu options have been altered. Additionally, the portion sizes have shrunk while the prices have increased, which gives off a chain restaurant vibe.

The worst drive-thru experience I've had since I attempted to get food from Taco Bell the other day in Madras. It took 30 minutes at the window. It took so long that the 2 cars behind me pulled out and left. What was my super complicated order youmay ask? A 6 piece chicken strip basket... that's it. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. I won't be eating there againany time soon.

I love Dairy Queen but I can't believe how much dilly bars cost now my grandsons love them
