Sbarro - Madison

I like Sbarro different types of pizza. They also have pasta, mac, and cheese, breadsticks, and salads.

Convenient location at the food court. Lot of choice in New York style pizza. Hawaiian, sausage, cheese, vegetarian pizza are very fresh and tasty. Sides are great such as Mac and cheese and salads. Stromboli is very good. Fast service.

My wife ordered a meal and was informed it would take 10 minutes to be ready. After 10 minutes passed, she was told it would take another 10 minutes. She noticed no progress being made, so she requested a refund. The person at the counter said he couldn't process the refund without speaking to his manager, but he made no effort to reach out to her. Frustrated, my wife decided to leave and go somewhere else. In the end, Sbarro never refunded her money or provided her with any food.

I really enjoy the quality of their pizza, but I've experienced some issues with their customer service. At the West Towne Mall location in Madison, it has taken quite a long time for them to prepare just one pizza. Although I did receive a free pizza as compensation for the delay, I still had to wait, which was inconvenient since I had errands to run. Overall, though, their food is fantastic.

I visit this restaurant from time to time, particularly the one located in West Town Mall. I enjoy having their individual pizza slices, and I genuinely like them!
