Kfc - Madison

Great tasting food. Ordered chicken and mashed potatoes. They spilled one whole gravey in my bag and didn't tell me. Got to my mom's house and had a mess and short one gravey. They were not that friendly at the drive through window. Lobby was closed.

Where do I start. I stopped going to this place. Food was not KFC standards, service was terrible, staff rude. Stopped in last night, on a gamble. They took my order, asked me questions to make sure my order was correct, wait is this the same One I usedto stop at?? Hmmm.... Drove up to the window, gal repeated my order with a smile, asked if there was anything else that wasneeded. Order was 100% correct and I got my food within 30-45 seconds of pulling up to the window. I thought OK, something wasgoing to be wrong with my order so I opened my box and looked. WOW This order was correct, hot, and delicious. I will definitelygot back. Top notch service

The drive-up speaker is difficult to hear and understand. The dining room is closed, and if you choose to eat in your car, there are no trash bins available, forcing you to dispose of your trash on the ground. On a positive note, the food is quite good.

However, I decided to give it another try and visited last night. To my surprise, the staff took my order with care and asked questions to make sure everything was correct. Is this the same location I used to frequent? It felt different! When I reached the window, the woman confirmed my order with a smile and inquired if I needed anything else. My order was exactly right, and I received my food within 30 to 45 seconds of arriving. I was expecting something to be off, so I opened my box to check. Wow! Everything was correct, hot, and delicious. I will definitely return. Excellent service!

The drive-thru service was quick and efficient. The food was enjoyable, but I couldn't help but notice that the chicken pieces seem to be getting smaller. My piece of chicken was hardly bigger than my biscuit.
