Jack's - Madison

My husband and I decided to try Jack?s today. We were sadly disappointed due to my order being completely wrong, I got a chicken salad with ranch they forgot the chicken the ranch. They also forgot to put a fork in the bag, we were on the go so it was super frustrating to try to find a place that has a fork. I know people have their bad days so I?m giving it 2 stars due to the customer service and employees being super kind.

Pick-up/delivery the order was ready once I arrived and no wait at all. This location is usually very on point and I recommend giving them a visit. ?~Ciao

Dangerous chicken. I thought I would visit this new Jacks because they serve real chicken breast sandwiches. I ordered 2 for breakfast and the inside of the chicken was pink and cool... I threw them away. Also, I ordered a Coke Zero and they serve a cup full of ice with a splash of Diet Coke. Bad juju.

I go to this location all the time for lunch because I work close by. I have never had bad service here. Food is always fresh and always exactly what I ordered. ALL employees are polite and professional. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone keep up the great work!

Total disgrace . I was very disappointed with everything even the manager had no compassion! I?ve worked in the restaurant industry for years i know what it?s like to be short staffed but i also know that i also didn?t have a choice to close my restaurant and take my customers money without doing that . I ordered doordash at 9:15 and my order was canceled due to ?short staff? . Which is funny because i had just left the restaurant but decided to door dash more tenders because my kids loved them . Unfortunately my money was taken and order was cancelled.
