Chili's Grill - Madison

We visited the restaurant after lunch and were seated right away. Our server, Kyle, was exceptional and truly went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience. He quickly provided us with excellent drink options, all crafted by a skilled bartender. Despite our group of nine, plus a baby, Kyle managed everything flawlessly. Our food and drinks came out promptly and accurately, and everyone was very satisfied with their meals.

Wow! I ordered my food through DoorDash, and the quality was still outstanding. I savored every bite! I would definitely order again. Everything was fresh and packed with flavor.

After witnessing this Chili's location struggle with staff shortages due to COVID-19, we were thrilled to enjoy both excellent food and service during our recent visit! We attribute this positive experience to sitting in the bar dining area. In fact, this was our third consecutive time choosing the bar section. The bartender, Kyle, was incredibly friendly, efficient, and had an impressive knowledge of the food menu—better than any server we encountered in the main dining area since the staffing issues began. We received more attentive service from him while seated at the bar instead of in the typical dining space. Despite managing twelve tables, he made us feel prioritized. North Madison Chili's, you need to hold onto this gem!

I see the ratings aren’t that great here but I’ve never had any problems. The food is always great so is our waitress. I wanna give a big shout out to a sweet lady named Angela. She’s ALWAYS serving a lot of tables but never gets short with us is still very attentive! She was very friendly today we talked about how everything was going up n price. I commend her for working so hard always does a fantastic job! She needs a raise because there are very few people who wanna work these days don’t care if your happy or not but they sure expect a tip

Great atmosphere! Love the food and drinks. Shout to our server Marquita for being the only server in our are and still able to hold it down! Keep up the good work.
