Chicken Salad Chick - Madison

I went there to get my wife some dinner on Saturday evening. I arrived about 5pm, and was informed they were out of most of their salads. The employee informed me that they don't make a lot on Saturday as they are closed on Sunday. I would not recommend going there for dinner on Saturday nights.Food: 3/5

I’ve always loved Chicken Salad Chick but when I went there on June 7, 2023 I got food poisoning. I was disappointed because I really love their food. I’m afraid to eat it again after that incident.Food: 1/5

The food is always good, unfortunately when we went this past week, we tried to order 3 different things and they were out of all 3. So today we decided to give them another chance and we walk up to the door to dine in and there is a sign that says drive through only. Normally I give a place 3 chances, but I seriously doubt I will be back.

Great chicken salad! My favorites are the Sassy Scotty which is a chicken salad with cheddar cheese, ranch and bacon Olivias Old South which is a classic chicken salad with eggs and pickles. They give you crackers (plenty) if you just get scoops which I normally do and I love a side of Mac and cheese. The crew is always very nice and I get the same great taste every time. Definitely recommendVegetarian options: Pimento cheese is available
