The chicken was neither hot nor fresh, and they ran out of the gravy for the potatoes, which ended up overwhelming my nephew when he took his meal. I will never return to this place again!

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in years and was quite disappointed with my order. I ordered three pieces of fried chicken, but they mixed up my order. I expected two thighs and a drumstick, but received two breasts instead. While the chicken was cooked well, the mix-up left me feeling let down. The dining room was also quite dirty, and overall, the place seemed messy. I'm unsure if I would feel comfortable ordering from here again, although I must say the staff was very friendly.

Kfc worst! they must close this! the type at the window was high as a dragon. he asked to order another big side and said I had to go back. No one was behind me! Go home and the wings were dried and boned. tocuits were dry, the koleslaw was literally not a sauce. the sides were half filled in the bowls, two large bowls of kartoffels fit into a bowl. a small gravure for two big kartoffels?! wth? I wondered if I wanted to be original or crispy. I said crispy, he said we didn't have a crispy. I asked. Why did they ask me?. ah!

The KFC website (for this 45780 n gratiot location) shows the standard 8pc eimer of all dark meat available. the employee says that this location does not offer this at the drive-up ordering speaker. they have to get mixed pieces. I went to the new baltimore site and they served him.

This is the worst ever KFC. They.are out of things all the time. Last time it was chicken tenders now that are out of popcorn chicken until tomorrow. I tried to order at 5 pm.. WILL DEFENITELY GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION FROM NOW ON!
