The sandwiches here are amazing, I always get the special of the day and its good quantity for a good price! The services is excellent, always so kind and welcoming whenever I go!!

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for some time, but I won’t be returning. The owner was quite rude during my last visit. I placed an order with him and he said it would take 15 minutes because they were busy, which I was fine with. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, he claimed that we hadn’t ordered anything. We ended up having a long discussion about cookies, and when I confronted him, all he could say was, “Why do you want to argue with me?” I had my phone on speaker, so the people in the car with me heard the entire order, so it was definitely not a mistaken call. The owner simply doesn't want to acknowledge that he made a mistake, and because of this, he has lost my business. I'm done and won't be coming back.

The food here is delicious! This is my favorite sandwich shop, far better than Subway, and the Ray sauce is amazing. I don't have much experience with delivery, but I've never encountered any issues. It's a fantastic place to grab a bite—the Italian special is my favorite!

The food is fantastic, but the owner's behavior is off-putting. I overheard him, without any provocation, criticizing his employees for quitting for several minutes. It's difficult to believe that his five very polite employees all left at nearly the same time without his behavior playing a role. On another occasion, I stopped in for a bottle of water and was denied the sale unless I purchased something else. If you decide to eat here, you'll likely enjoy your meal, but I won't be returning due to the owner's attitude.
