The food was outstanding, earning a perfect five-star rating for its flavor and presentation. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure everything was to our liking. The atmosphere was delightful, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. Solid pizza in a very small town. It's a chain, so I had an idea of what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised to see that it's largely the same as any other Gelsosomo's. Solid sauce, thin crust, nothing to complain about. Service was slow, but polite. Bathrooms could use a deeper clean, but were serviceable. Parking: Located off the main village square, can be busy, but there are a lot of free street parking spots. Our last visit was a busy night as they had a group from WIU there performing, but the wait staff were speedy and very attentive, the food was made quickly and delicious as usual. Even the bartender who rang up our bill was very friendly and accommodating to my toddler who wanted to help pay for dinner. Kid-friendliness: They have a playroom that my kids love. It allows them to build, tumble and just be kids while waiting on their dinner. This was our 2nd time visiting restaurant. We are not from the area. Decided to order items other than pizza.
