Little Caesars Pizza - Mableton

Uncle. Weather it is posture or plumbing there is a whole problem when you ask for a manager they go up and when the person at the front says that I treat it before the manager even asks what is going on; the manager goes away. They had several pizzas in the hot and ready display and claimed not to have, and when someone heard from the kitchen they brought out one and they cashiers didn't shake their head and the person in the kitchen just walked away. So we decided to order only one pizza and when my mother went to pay her sat a fifty on the counter and the person in the register that said there was no pizza hot and ready, The said to the cook, she didn't need the pizza, and told the manager she treated it and the manager listened to; told my mother to get it and give it to me. Then people sold behind us a hot and ready. I only saw a difference between us and it wasn't gender.

This is my local pizza place near me, so I come here when we order pizza. There was even a waiting for what I ordered in the app. I guess the people in the lobby had waited for a while because I heard a lot of huffing and puffing. Some people just went out. I gave 5 stars, because there were only 2 guys making pizza and one of the same guys running the register back and fourth. But they did what they could give the circumstances. So I understand, because my work in all departments is short-occupied and people don't care or understand. They are exactly what their product is. I praise these two guys for being there (busy) on the weekend's working day because they were just staying at home.

The Mableton location manager must be fired! It was the second time in this place where she dullly ignored us to talk on her phone. At one point, she cries the employees who shot her butt to help me while she laughs and is on her phone. Then she decides to finally go to the front stand in front of the register that I continue to speak on her phone, never took my order or said hello, although I and my sister both tried to start talking. It is completely unprofessional and rude as I was treated tonight. She had kept me waiting for almost 30 minutes because she refused to do something than to keep her conversation going.

How can you look at a pizza with burned cheese and say that a customer is satisfied with it? Like people out there spend hard work money on bad quality food at the end of the day that the employee doesn't care. People have to do better. Just think you wouldn't do that to your food.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! Even the MANAGER is completely disrespectful! Witnessed a customer with wait over 45 min for two pizzas while other large orders were dispatched. The customer repeatedly requested an approximate wait time while the manager had nothing but rude remarks. Come to find out the customer has a health condition which of course was not helped by the ?manager? acting out of line. Someone get this lady some training on customer service.
