Tonight, the same date I am posting this review,I pulled up to the drive through only for the women to keep telling us to hold on and not say anything else. TWENTY minutes waiting and waiting and for her to keep telling us to hold on.Like how rude is that? Not only did we end up driving off but how does she work there? Like foreal, fast food or not.Some people are just naturally shady because they don’t loves themselves. Just sad

Your establishment states 24 hours via website however its 12:30 pm and you have a representative that steps out the back door to see me waiting in drive thru then runs back in just to come back to say we closed. Ghetto and very unprofessional.

THE STORE WAS RE DONE. The service was quick and courteous, food hot.

I placed an online order and opted to pick it up at the drive-thru. The employee at the drive-thru asked me to collect my order at the window, which was challenging for me as I am physically disabled. Upon reaching the front window, I was instructed to go to another window even though the employee could have easily handed me my order. Upon checking my order, I found only one crumpled napkin and one packet of ketchup for four Krystals and a medium tot.

The new restaurant building may look nice, but the service is still terrible. Be cautious, as there have been reports of the African lady at the drive-thru stealing credit card numbers.
