Guthrie's Chicken Fingers - Mableton

I order two chicken sandwiches one with the sauce on the side. I live three minutes away from this location. I did not receive the sauce one the side so I drive back. The young lady insisted that the sauce was in the back because she put it there herself. There’s wasn’t any sauce. I said I drove back here because the order was incorrect and she said I did that by choice. I asked If I could get the sauce and she replied No and told me to have a good night. I pull around to the window and get the attention of the gentleman that actually took my order and money. I asked for the manager and he happened to be the one on duty. He heard what the girl said and tried to apologize for her behavior as she was in the background smiling and laughing at the whole situation. I asked him if he was going to allow her to talk to customers like that and he said he was sorry. This younger generation thinks that life is a joke. Customer service is the key for any successful business. I will be visiting the store tomorrow to speak to someone higher up and even speak with the owner if possible. This young lady should not be working in customer service nor handle customer food.

Visited on 9/14/23 the extra signature sauces that I paid for were left out of my order. One of the reasons why I love Guthrie’s is because of their signature sauce and finding out they were missing until I got to my destination had me livid. I didn’t have time to go back and had no choice but to stomach my food with not enough sauce. I have returned to Guthrie’s right now as I type and I have requested that Guthrie’s make this right for the Guthrie sauces that were left out and have been told no that they could not. Replacing 2 sauces only costs a $1. I am a frequent patron and I should have had my sauces replaced.

Never heard of this place before and I definitely prefer it over Zaxby's. Everything was made fresh and done. The toast was not soggy. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tenders were plump and seasoned well and big. The cole slaw was flavorful. The dipping sauce was delicious. It was so good that I went back and ordered again a few days later and it was just as wonderful. I hate that there are not more around the city.

The computer system was down and unable to take orders. There should have been a sign on the door!!!

Hands down best service, cleanliness, and of course chicken fingers!! Will always go out of my way to come here.
