Vzharim - Люберцы

While we were walking around the city, we got hungry. Fortunately, we stumbled upon a wonderful café called Vzharym nearby. Even though we live close by, we never got around to visiting it before, which was a mistake. The atmosphere is pleasant and unobtrusive, and the staff is very friendly. The food is incredibly delicious. The borscht is solid, though it feels like something is missing, but the bone marrow and lard pâté is magnificent. After that, I managed to tackle a burger, while my wife skipped the second course. Why didn't we come here sooner?

The atmosphere is pleasant and quite cozy. I ordered the salad with duck, Parmesan, and blue cheese dressing, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. I also had the mussels in blue cheese sauce, which were very tasty as well—there was plenty of sauce, along with pieces of vegetables and two pieces of toast. My girlfriend ordered the pork shashlik, and she really enjoyed it too.

It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and cozy, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is excellent. Thank you!
