New Great Wall Chinese - Lyndhurst

I visited this Chinese restaurant to place an order, and I was impressed by how promptly my food was ready. I enjoyed the soup and egg roll, both of which were delicious. However, when I opened the food container in my car, everything spilled everywhere. I returned to the restaurant with the bag of spilled food to order a replacement and pay for it. The staff member at the counter spoke to a woman there and asked me to wait. After about 10 to 15 minutes, he returned with a complete order for me! I tried to explain that I had already eaten the soup and egg roll, but he simply said it was okay and encouraged me to be careful and enjoy my meal. What fantastic customer service! I will definitely return and share my positive experience with others. Thank you, Great Wall of China! Your food is truly delicious!

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Don't waste your money. The chicken was boiled. Broccoli was old. Yarn egg roll was very small! I don't understand. The reviews are bad, but I went against my belly and ordered this old stele meal! They gave no fork or napkins. They literally threw my food in a bag and smashed it in sauce. It was a waste of my money. I threw it out. Please save your money. It's not worth it. I'm very disappointed, but I'm not going back there.

The food is excellent and always fresh. I've been ordering from them for more than 15 years.

I don't see the attraction. I came by tonight and ordered chicken lo my and chicken fried rice. The Lo mine was decent, but had mushrooms. I've never seen anything before. The fried rice was pure rice, onions, peas and chicken. There was no taste at all. The service was slow and the prices are high. I'm glad I came, but I won't be back.

Food is good!? But customer service is terrible. I order from them every single week whether it is in person or over the phone. The older lady at the front and who answers the phone is horribly rude. My most recent experience: I asked her to repeat my order and she said no and gave me my total instead, then she hung up the phone. I called back 3 times no answer, finally i got in contact again and had to ask if i could pay over the phone with card. As i was giving my card number she told me to hurry up.
