I highly recommend staying at this delightful hotel. It's peaceful and the staff are incredibly friendly. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Rating: Rooms: 5, Service: 5, Location: 5. Highlights of the hotel include its romantic atmosphere, tranquility, and excellent value.

This place has all the essentials! It's very cozy and provides everything you need for a quick stay. Be aware that the trains might disturb your sleep at night since most older buildings aren’t soundproof. Overall, it’s a great little spot to stop for an overnight stay between destinations! We didn't actually stay here, but we still got charged for 1 night. I called well in advance to cancel our reservation, which they confirmed. After seeing the charge on our credit card, I called the hotel to ask that it be removed. They said there were two reservations for the same dates, and only one was cancelled. I certainly didn't intentionally make two reservations, and the person I talked to when cancelling never mentioned the second reservation. Very poor customer service and quite unforgiving. Watch out if you make a reservation here! Service: 1

We stayed here a couple weeks ago and were charged for 2 nights instead of the one we actually booked. There is no staff at this hotel, their number is not in service, and the one staff person running the place (Merika) is refusing to respond to texts after promising a refund. Seems like most of the good reviews were from a year or more ago before ownership changed.

The rooms were okay, and it was quite. No amenities to speak of. There is a common refrigerator (sort of) a few food items to scrounge for breakfast. I totally understand the whole COVID thing, but there is NO hosting at this hotel. Internet is, so-so.
