Mövenpick Luzern

The restaurant did not honor the reservation. They send an offline message in German while we were tourists. But even in which they specifically said that the kitchen will close at 7:30 and the restaurant will close at 8:00. So they asked if we could come earlier. So we ended up in the restaurant at 7:00. But the guy who received said the kitchen closes at 7:00. I showed him the message I got and he said I'm sorry we'd close at 7:00 and I can't get you anything.

Der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es sieht so aus, als ob neues Personal im Einsatz ist. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Das haben wir bereits im Oktober 2021 bemerkt. Viele Mitarbeiter benötigen offenbar mehr Schulung.

Very delicious food. unfortunately some burned odor throughout the meal in the restaurant. service staff very accommodating and nice.

Service has given. sees whether new people are ds. eat them right. we had already noticed this in October 2021. do people need more training?
