Wendy's - Lutz

This Wendy is always good for my family and me. Your night crew was better than the day crew in other restaurants. I come at lunch or two o'clock and their food is consistent and served quickly and above all DELICIOUS. I don't write any reviews at all so you know this location is good.

Make $5 meal was terrible, Pommes never taste good. You could hardly see meat. Fast food is more just good when you eat it as soon as you get it. Fast food for me is simply not worth it anymore

Food was ok not up to the usual standard of Wendy's. Service could have been better, food was slow to come out and employee were not engaging or friendly. The restaurant was not well kept the restrooms were dirty and men's room flooded. The drink station was dirty and not well kept and drink machines were sticky and sour smelling from the drains.

The food was great when they finally took our order and we eventually got to eat it. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I ordered a double stack and chili and they were yummy. I noticed that they've made several changes to their menu including no longer having grilled chicken sandwiches or side salads. That was disappointing and makes it more difficult to find anything that works with a healthy diet.

I ordered a chicken Cobb salad. When I got home there was no chicken or bacon. $10 for some lettuce, tomato and cheese.
