Uncle Maddio's Pizza - Lutz

What a great experience we had at Uncle Maddio's pizza tonight. The staff was polite and very courteous. The place was well organized and held. It is a great concept to build your own pizza. On my personal I had tomato basil, garlic and ricotta cheese with pepper salad, onions and yes anchovies. To the owners Mike and Ada for this great pizza place.

Love the idea of building your own pizza. If you go into you through a line to build your own pizza similar to subway, but with a pizza. If you do not want to build yourself, you are not afraid that they have a menu of pizzas to choose from. They also serve salads and soups. You have wings and calzone now. If you are gluten-free, you also have covered. We had the kids pizza 1 in cheese and 1 pepperoni. We also gave the wings an attempt. Wings were fabulously beautiful cracks on the skin. We chose the buffalo taste. I recommend the wings. You get 6 for $5.99. Children pizzanine drink for $4.99. The restaurant is very clean. Owners and employees are very nice and friendly. You can dive or go. Love the ability to pizza in a special pizza restaurant where you can sit and eat.

Not your average pizza!!!! The menu is very accurate, the different types of pizza are delicious combinations, I had the fungus truffle and I was impressed by so high quality at a fair price, the ingredients are fresh, the dough was NY style that I love, I had the personal size and could not finish, it was size between a personal and a medium. The salad and bread A . The service was great, the staff was very friendly and the manager stopped asking just how everything was going!!! Amazing place!!! Definitely return!!!

BEST PIZZA EVER if you looove your toppings! For less than ten bucks you get an UNLIMITED NUMBER OF TOPPINGS! And its good stuff too, like any meat you can think of and plus every veggie imaginable on a pizza! People there are very nice and patient while you (me) take forever to decide what I would put on the pizza of my wildest dreams! Also they ask if you want spinach before hand because they said it will burn in the oven if its not under the first layer of cheese.. And if you love veggies like I do ask for the arugala to be sprinkled on top after.. AND, oh my, I am writing a book here, but they have 3 DIFFERENT STYLES of chicken! 2 different sausages! They even have any sauces you want! (and beer and wine)
