Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Lutz

This Dairy Queen clearly is used to only drive thru customers. Came in because we had two separate orders and were greeted with blasting music. After two minutes standing at the register we were finally helped. The cashier was on his phone taking our order and was less than happy to help us. Our blizzards came out quickly but our food took a while.

It's a classic place. Service was solid, and staff was very personable. Family friendly and clean.

Im not a fast food guy but I have to tell you guys, DQ hamburgers are the best around Lutz Area, Nice guys, good prices, Way better than Five Guys or any other fast food restaurants, it takes time but it worth it specially for the price. try them ASAP, your welcome...

Took my order to go and got my order wrong. We asked for bbq and cheese Curt?s but they forgot and put no bbq and cheese Curt?s. The food isn?t bad here but lately I?ve been getting bad experiences every visit

Fast, friendly service. Food was adequate, but ketchup in drive through bag would gave been a nice thought.
