Greggs - Luton

The restaurant provided excellent service during our dining experience for breakfast. The food and atmosphere both received a perfect 5-star rating.

I received cold food at this restaurant. When I brought it to their attention in front of other customers, I was given a refund and asked to leave. It is unfair to serve customers cold food that should be hot.

The customer service at this location is not the most proficient.

Whenever I go in this greggs I'm lucky enough to always get hot sausage rolls. The people working are always polite and overall good service

I ordered a cheese and onion dish, but the server served me the last portion from the tray, which was cold, and then replaced it with a fresh one from the oven. When I asked for a fresh one initially, he insisted on selling the first one, leaving me with the cold dish. It was disappointing and felt like a waste of money.
