Al Quds - Luton

I had an incredible take-out experience at this restaurant. The food was served hot and delicious. I ordered the chicken wings, which were flavorful and outstanding.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats and encountered a problem with my order. I had requested one portion of rice for the kids, but instead received three portions of chips. I had to call the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, and was shocked when the person on the phone blamed the Uber Eats delivery person for the error. I pointed out that the delivery person was not responsible for preparing or packing the food, and it was unprofessional to shift blame onto someone else. I was not pleased with the response I received and will not be ordering from this restaurant again due to their unethical behavior.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times. It is always worth a visit, and we truly enjoy the food and overall experience. Don't expect table service, and remember to bring cash. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the delicious and affordable food they provide. The dishes are fresh and flavorful.

This was a very lucky find. Hubby and I had some time to kill before flying from Luton airport and we found this place nearby. Wow wow wow Both the quality as well as the quantity of food blew us away and the value for money was outstanding We shall return every time we fly from Luton

Always amazing and packed. The decor is always a bit of a turn off. However the staff, customers and of Course make this a constant go to place for us. Plus the prices along with the portions are amazing.
