Pizza Hut - Luling

I would like to update my review based on my last visit. My pizza was as ordered and ready on time! I’m disappointed with this Pizza Hut. I ordered online arrived 5 minutes after my order should have been ready and they forgot to make something and said it would be right out it wasn’t and I got a refund for the cinnamon sticks. I’m giving a 3 for the incomplete order and our pizzas seem not to be cooked all the way. They are doughy in the center. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I hope they fix these issues.

I like when I'm able to take my time to order from the comfort of my home. When I get to the store my order is usually ready and I don't have to wait long. My food is kept at a good temperature and by the time I get home the food is still hot and taste delicious. I enjoy ordering for my family and friends and seeing the deals available.

They didn't have any ranch! How does a pizza place run out of ranch????

There is no welcoming feeling when you walk in. Employees don't smile, they barely acknowledge your existence. The back of the computer screen has at least half an inch of dirt on it. Imagine how filthy the things the customer cannot see must be.
