First time here...HANDS DOWN, BEST BBQ I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!!! Had beef brisket, pork ribs, sausage links, small potato salad, large beans, root beer and 2 banana puddings....$75. First of all, if you have to sauce meat, something ain't right but this place did have a mustard like base bbq sauce that was good...on the side of course. The beef brisket was melt in your mouth tender, flavorful, juicy and delicious! Pork ribs and sausage were delicious as well! Beans are made in house and you can tell, soooo good! Potato salad I'm picky about, not a fan of mustard in mine but still good. Also, you get how much ever white bread you need.... dangerous...LOLOL. Banana pudding was delicious as well! Get there early cuz the line was literally out the door! Smoky inside and you will smell like bbq all day...LOL. You can eat there or take it to go, we ate there. The smoking example of Texas BBQ...none better for flavor...atmosphere and history. Some of the best BBQ Texas has to offer. Usually there is a line. So you have to be patient. But, its well worth the wait. The sausage is the best i have ever had. Thats coming from someone who really doesn't care for sausage too much. Also had ribs yesterday. They were like Candy. No sauce needed. Just all around great BBQ.
