Lion's Choice In Ballw - Lufkin

I 've been a fan of lion 's choice for decades, but this experience was the last straw for this location. We ordered delivery and even though we 're 5 minutes away, our extra crispy fries were soggy, the sandwiches were cold, the sauce (including the au jus, which sort of is needed to make my sandwich good) was all missing, the grilled cheese had crumbs of beef on it, and our concretes were also not given to the Dasher. The Dasher was nice enough to go back to get the concrete, but when they were delivered the servings were extra small, as though they made one and just tried to split it in half instead of making it right (picture included). The Mac n cheese was fine though.

Have been going to Lions choice for 30+ years but the service at their first store here has gone downhill. Definitely only recommend going in off hours when they aren't busy. The food is good when the order is right but it better be at today's prices. Very unfortunate.

The food takes for ever to get. I placed a to go order they never called my name and let it sit there for 18 minutes.

Lion's choice is aways a good lunch or dinner. You get a freshly made sandwiches with Hot potato fries.
