A visit to our friends in Lucca is never complete without a pizza at this wonderful, unpretentious family restaurant. It's well off the tourist track, with most customers being local workers in trade vans. The prices are great value the large, fresh pizzas are superb! An authentic menu in an authentic setting. We love it!

We came here after two other restaurants we tried were full. It's easy to find with ample parking at the back of the building. The menu was a choice of 4 starters, and 4/5 mains, plus a side dish, coffee and wine for €10 per person. The soup was absolutely delicious, and a very generous portion, my husband had spaghetti with olives and sausage, very well seasoned and fresh. For mains we had chicken and turkey, simple but well cooked and very tasty. Great coffee too. Fast friendly service. Highly recommended.

Lunch time menu is 10euros a head, good choice of starters , Ihad pasta with porcini, main couses are very varied, we had pollo al forno with patatl fritti and insalata,excellent. 2 coures a half litre of wine and aqua mineraleand coffees.Friendly service, full of local Italians. Well recommended.

We were well, you want for the good company, you want for the good dishes and accomplice a bottle of red wine of the farm the tower of montecarlo. honest price.

Great place to experience superb pizzas, pranzo del lavoro, minds to friday. Excellent food and local wines at good prices. Well worth a visit. Good selection of beers.
