I turned to look, and she quickly turned her head away, acting as though she was talking to the boy and yelled for him to go away. This woman was a very pale young lady with jet black hair; she was also the one who took my order at the menu and didn't take responsibility, instead blaming the trainee. It seems that the night crew consistently provides a disappointing experience.

What can you say about a fast food chain? Their hamburgers are decent, and I really enjoy their patty melts. However, the service is incredibly slow. Recently, their fries have been consistently limp, which is disappointing since I used to love their shoestring fries.

I ordered the #13, which is the chicken strip meal. Unfortunately, they’ve forgotten my gravy the last three times despite my clear request for it. It’s frustrating to have to open the box and check every time just to make sure I got everything I paid for. This is completely ridiculous. I will not be returning.

I really do love whataburger. This particular one has gone down bad. Can't seem to get the food cooked. Same with the burgers I order well because I have learned with this location(shouldn't have to) and they still come pink and way undercooked. Thismorning I had to cook my sausage that was on my bob. Nothing more frustrating than having to come home and cook the food thatyou picked up from a drive so you wouldn't have have to cook lol. I am glad they got new drive thru help. She was really nice.But come on whataburger on 4th do better cooks. Morning and night always with the undercooked food man you are going to makesomeone really sick! Undercooked pork is a NO NO. We frequent alot and we get undercooked/raw food way more than we should ????3 star is based on service alone she was nice a older Hispanic woman. I wish I would have got her name. 6:45 am thank you ma'amfor being kind.

The young staff at the restaurant were incredibly nice and helpful! I've only visited WB a few times, but she was very patient and friendly with me. My order took a little longer because I ordered the fish, but they managed to get it out faster than I expected. The fish was tender, flaky, and very delicious! (Although I think I might just order the fillet next time, as the 'sandwich' part wasn't all that impressive. But I'm not complaining! The fish was truly great!)
