Whataburger - Lubbock

I recently purchased the driest burgers I've ever had from Whataburger. The patty was significantly smaller than the bun, which was unacceptable. Moving forward, we will be making our own burgers as the reliable quality we once enjoyed at Whataburger has become unreliable.

During my brunch break at work, I decided to go across the street to order some fries and biscuits and gravy. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ivy with a joyful and super sweet attitude. I pulled around to the window and paid for my meal. However, when I was handed my food, my fries fell out onto my lap and in my vehicle. Anthony kindly offered me a fresh fry to replace the fallen ones. I gratefully accepted the offer and went back to work. Upon opening my bag, I noticed that not only had he upsized my fries to a large, but there was also a cookie at the bottom of the bag. Thank you all so much for spreading positivity to me!

The food at this restaurant has a delicious taste, with a variety of special hamburgers advertised. However, the tables were not cleaned promptly after customers left. The floors throughout the establishment were clean, and baby chairs were available for use by young children. The restaurant was not crowded during my visit, and the staff members were very polite. I have frequented this place many times because I enjoy the food, often using the drive-through. The temperature inside the restaurant was comfortable and not cold.

Every single time I come here, they forget something. And when brought to their attention I just get a ?oh I?m sorry? I come here very regularly due to living close, but i will be driving from now on. This is unacceptable
