Subway - Lubbock

Here ordered a few hot sandwiches, seems like the person who did not read the instructions or something and gave me sandwiches that served for roasted/warned totally cold. It was a pick-up job when I got in, nobody was in sight. I waited for a few minutes to see if someone could come out so I could raise my complaint and hope to see if they could warm up the sand that and no one came out. I'm pretty upset because I tipped, hoping they could do me courtesy to fix the problem, but nobody ever came out. This is not the first time that this happens, this subway is clearly poorly managed. Try your luck in another place, I can't tell you how often I was left down here.

Dirty. No bread. Unfriendly. Specific needs improvement

I really wanted to like everything, but it was a complete mess. My order at 6:15 and went there to pick it up at 6:55 wasn't even done, which usually I wouldn't be annoyed, but they were pretty slow! my sandwich was made wrong (Italian BMT) they put instead of ham?? but the cookies were delicious!

They seem to be out of products every time I left in the last 2 weeks 1 night, we went they had no meat other than chicken and steak and very few bread options we had to say HELLO to the brand and female know that we were there because they were in the back behind the prep wall. Honestly, they just wanted to clean up early to go right away. I think the girl was Isabella. Then I went on Monday 10/10 and they were from all bread except white and wheat it took a long time in line I think the male was new but again Isabella was there she told me that there was a lack of products and therefore they did not have the ingredients for the subs on 10/10. The menu is completely different from being used and prices have increased by 2 dollars per sub.

Only one there, stood 10 mins without being acknowledged while employees were yapping. Went to Firehouse and got taken care of immediately. Skip this place.
