This was a horrible experience! The gentleman at the counter could not take our order, they were out of half the items, it took 30 minutes to get our food. I will never come back

Worst customer service and super slow. I don't understand how you are open. Please send the CEO or regional manager undercoverboss or someone. Horrible horrible

I Would NOT trust these people making your food. I found globs of hair in my sandwich. Some was black hair and some was like white little hairs wrapped in the lettuce. The lettuce was dirty like they don’t wash their veggies right or they dropped the veggies on the floor and didn’t care and still used it without washing it! Don’t risk it. I’m so disgusted.

I went to pick up dinner and was very disappointed. When I entered to place my order, the lady taking my order seemed very confused, as if it was her first day. She couldn't answer my questions and didn't know the menu or ordering system well. The manager had to fix my order on the screen, but then informed me that they were out of the soup we had ordered. When we got home, we found that both of our sandwiches were completely wrong.
