Cashier might have been more friendly, but the Lord who brought out our food was sweet!!!! Food: 4/5

Don 't go at 5pm because they are doing a shift change. And they will not take your order because of this and it 's a 15 minute wait. Asked what I needed to do whether stay in the vehicle or pull around and the only answer I received was we will not take your order because of the shift change.

The lady working the drive thru was not friendly and actually rude! Plus the got my order wrong and when asked at the window if I could order something I forgot on a separate ticket I was told I would have to drive back around to place the order. There was no one else in line and it wasn't a peek time! Thought it was very petty! Unfortunately I will not use this location again!

Ordered $45 of food and both famous bowls has 4-5 small pieces of chicken. The drinks were medium when I asked for large and didn’t even get the 3rd drink on the order. The chicken wasn’t available for an 8 piece so I agreed for half and half crispy and original. At what point does management step in for this store? I asked for a receipt and was told that the receipt machine doesn’t work. I gave this place a second chance and am very disappointed. I attempted to call the store but the phone line is busy for every attempted call. Not to mention the store lights are completely off every night. Someone needs to fix this ASAP!

Service was prompt. The person handling our food was not wearing gloves. On several occasions her fingers touched our food and she liked her fi gets and cleaned them off on her shirt. I shop here on a regular basis and was not happy with the way she handled my food today. Very disappointing. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.
