Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lubbock

I ordered a burrito with a bunch of toppings I recieved like the tiniest burrito with nothing on it just chicken. not worth the 10$ i spent for it. i also called 4 times got no answer.

I placed an online order and when I got home, I found that none of my salad bowls had any lettuce. Additionally, one of the bowls was only half full. I attempted to call the restaurant, but kept getting a busy signal. I spent over $70 on my order and this experience was very frustrating. Unfortunately, I live too far away to go back to the restaurant. I will not be returning and I do not recommend ordering online from this establishment.

Ordered a burrito for pick from this location and I will never go back. I hope they were running out of supplies because my burrito looked like they were rationing for WW3.

Normally this place is great and it is still, but on this date we were driven home with pure eating and we were hit by a drunk driver. hit and run. the car is full. the Chipotle food was on the back seat and ended on the back of our car.

Great location. clean restaurant. workers are friendly and in the regular quite well over rolling burritos. get a new one. but eating is always fresh and tasty. love that they can build their bowl or burrito with beats of their choice. queso and guacamole are extra, but the appealing value. enjoy an outdoor seating area.
