Burger King - Lubbock

This was a good place to grab a fast, cheap lunch and bolt, especially when they use the app. When I came there, there was always the sweet, female hired who takes care of me.

The author was rude. the orders were then pulled to the parking lot. never gave a quitting even though she said she did (which was obviously important to get the right order). she threw mine away when I asked for a ranch. left with the wrong order after 15 minutes waiting on the parking lot.

I thought I would give burger king another chance because I really felt that they had gone down the hill until now when I was a child and it left me down again. I gave only 2 stars because I like chicken sandwich there and it was still decent, but the service was terrible and the building is shut down and scattered and the hired were rude and they could say that it wasn't even worth it. I wouldn't be surprised if they were going out of business soon. needs new management bad!

I ordered the 2 for 5 option with a Big King and a quarter pounder. The Big King had one meat patty and a ton of the sauce. That was all inside the buns. This burger is supposed to be 2 meat Patties and 2 slices of cheese. I don’t expect much at Burger King but I called anyways and they told me to come back at my earliest convenience for a Big King on them. I drove further than I should’ve to come back. When I arrived they told me that my name wasn’t on their list and they couldn’t give me the burger I was told to come back and pick up. I will not be back to this location. They were also very short staffed so I waited about 15 minutes just to be told this information.

First, this was the absolute slowest fast-food experience I have ever had, AND I ordered ahead from the app, plus there were no cars ahead of me. I ordered the new spicy Ch 'King and received a regular. I called, drove back, and picked up the spicy ..This is how much spicy sauce they put on it. A drop. And no pickles.. Definitely not worth my gas light coming on to go back. All of the employees but one were just goofing off and did not seem to care one bit about working. They even talked about having only had one person there who knew how to make a milkshake.
