The food is excellent and always served hot. However, the wait time for food can be quite long at times. I rated it three stars because my last two visits resulted in errors with my order. I typically order sandwiches and a few sides for five or six people. During my first visit, they forgot a sandwich and the onion rings, and on my second visit, my order wasn’t rung up correctly, missing two sandwiches and a chicken stick. The first manager was very nice, but we had to wait in a long line again to get the missing items. Unfortunately, today’s second manager seemed to have an attitude, as I had to repeatedly explain my order, and they kept getting it wrong. I felt bad for holding up the line for at least ten minutes after I approached the window.

Overall, the staff here are quite friendly. I've visited a couple of times for iced coffee, and I've never been disappointed. The price is affordable at just $2.20, and I hope it remains so. The service is efficient, making it a great experience overall.
