Hungry Buffalo - Loudon

I visited the restaurant today for a quick lunch on a Saturday. I decided to try the Rocky Mountain Oysters as an appetizer, as one of my co-workers had never tried them before.

This establishment has closed down. It is unfortunate, as it would have been a fantastic spot for a casual bar with delicious food. Loudon is in need of more dining options. Instead, we ended up at Tap House...

My husband and I stopped by for lunch, but the waitress/bartender was not very friendly. It seemed like she was bothered by us being there.

I waited for my order in a nearly empty restaurant for 35 minutes for a burger and fish. The restaurant had a terrible smell, like old socks. The food was greasy and cold. I will never go back to this place. It seemed like the staff were not very proud of what they do.

We took our children to lunch and heard that it gets busier after 5pm, but it wasn't full for us. The food was amazing, everything we ordered was excellent, and the staff was wonderful, going above and beyond to get us what we requested. We would definitely return. The Garlic Parmesan Chicken Fingers were one of the best versions we've had.
