Farm Table - Los Ranchos De Albuquerque

Brunch was no better than many other restaurants in ABQ that serve breakfast. The beans were tasteless. The winter vegetable dish was totally undistinguished. We had to ask for coffee refills. We expected unusual fare but were disappointed.

Portions were small and the pricing was high. The total number of dinner entries to select from was minimal.

Food was delicious and creative as usual. Service was very poor. Older gentleman, can’t remember his name but was not kind. Seemed disorganized and couldn’t keep things straight. Never offered refill on water or coffee. Overheard him complaining about people asking for separate checks. So sad since I love this place.

Love to support a local restaurant with locally sourced ingredients that support other suppliers. Server was excellent and had detailed knowledge to answer every question. The food was tasty and the wine suggestion was very good. Having eaten some very good meals in other cities, I don’t think Albuquerque residents understand what a good value places like Farm Table are. Only drawback was we were seated next to the entrance so it was drafty.

Our waitress was terrific! We had a lot to talk about so she was discreet when filling our coffee and water which I appreciate. Everything was excellent as usual.
