Contribuiți la feedbackI am as eager as the next person to try a familiar taste in another texture as the foams and jelly and granite, but I don't think they have to be on any dish. I suppose it must be fun for the cook to do the new and exciting things instead of turning the same perfectly braided pig or roared steak day out in and day. I understand the desire to spread the creative wings. But sometimes the result is not always a great success. Our waiter was curious to share information with us about the dishes we ordered and disappeared too long at other times. The desserts were definitely the most modern in terms of the flavors they marry; but that is not to say that everything that can be married should be. Each dessert we ordered had between 3-5 different parts. This was proof that the whole thing is not greater than the sum of its parts. It is clear that in the kitchen in Trevese know what they do, but sometimes it seems as if they try to do too much. Hit it on the mind that is said to follow the old house in which Trevese is now located.
I was here for my birthday. The duck was very good. The service was good. The place looks like a house, not a restaurant. The main dishes were about $20 a bit high. I don't give him 5 stars, because the food was good and atmosphere was good, but it wasn't spectacular.
