Hinge grease in my meal. Train staff cleanliness procedures. I'll be needing full refund. Also, filed formal complaint on website which you've directed me to and no one ever contacted me. How about that for customer satisfaction. Not even a response from corporate.

The worst service, milkshake and food ive ever had. The milkshake was a mix of soggy girl scout cookies and an overzealous seasoning of cake batter dye with a sandwich that took 15 minutes to get, all for $27?! Absolute trash. The drive thru took so long we everyone either exited or went inside, then i had to wait until one of the chefs has spare time to take an order. Understaffed, old equipment, bad food.

After a late show, we did the drive thru, got all the good stuff for a ride home.

Terrible!!!! I waited for 35 minutes in the drive thru only to get to the box and no one ever came on to take my order. So I drive to the window and the lady scolds me for not ordering at the box!! And then tells me it 's Cash Only !!! Very frustrating!! Will not go here again!

They forgot my fries tonight, tried to call to get refunded for them since I don’t like paying for something I didn’t get…the phone number said it was a discontinued line. Needless to say I’m not happy.
