Los Angeles has a thriving ramen culture, with both chain restaurants and authentic options to choose from. Having lived in Japan for over 7 years, I can confidently say that this particular restaurant is the best in town.
The restaurant didn't live up to its initial opening standards. The ramen felt lacking compared to my first visit.
Food was pretty mediocre tbh! I think there's much better ramen and dumplings out there.
There’s a reason why they’re called DTLA Ramen… broth is incredible and quality of ramen is top-tier
