THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST DELICIOUS Korean restaurants I've ever been to. All the things we ordered were on another level in terms of flavor and came in huge quantities. The staff was super quick and I cannot stop raving about the food here. I'm so glad I gave this place a visit.Food: 5/5
Bossam here is really different than a traditional one. It's braised but served on a heated plate with tofu. I think this one has a skin that's a little harder from a soy sauce glaze, but that's totally fine, the taste is just the same. They give you pieces of napa cabbage as the wrap, which I didn't like too much. Kimchi had good taste, but texture wasn't as crunchy as I would like it to have been. It's not overly carbonated either, so it's freshly made and the right amount of garlic as well. 7/10 for the bossam. Made different but still good! So much parking here too.
If I don't know where to go for food, the first place my mind always goes to is Yuk Dae JangI've been recently introduced to this restaurant and I was so surprised that this was my first time hearing about this place! Yuk Dae Jang deserves all the hype! I've only tried the Yuk Gae Jang with handmade pasta and the pork belly with house soy sauce and I gotta give both a solid 10/10!I can't wait to be back and their other menu items!
I haven't heard of this spot before or had yukgaejang, so I was excited when my friend introduced it to me. We came during the evening of a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded and we were seated immediately. I ordered the original yukgaejang with glass noodles and was pleasantly surprised with what comes with it. On top of the yukgaejang, they also give you a bowl of rice and a few sides. I thought the portion size was pretty decent, so I knew I wasn't going to finish my bowl of rice. But this might be my new favorite noodle soup because of how flavorful it is. The shredded beef was also super tender and really elevated it. I liked how there was a slight spicy kick to the broth. It was a very comforting dish and it would be a great meal for a rainy or cold day. I was really satisfied with this meal and I definitely plan to go back soon! There's a parking lot available with plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly and offered coffee candy after our meal. It's a decent size store and I can imagine it getting busy on the weekend. If you haven't tried this place before, I highly recommend it.
