Whisper Restaurant & Lounge

We had a great time. The entertainment was really fabulous and we loved how close we were to the performers. Food was excellent and unusual. Service was outstanding. The whole scene was a 10. But one caveat don't wear good jewelry here. I lost a bracelet that night when I put on my coat to leave. I called the restaurant and they never called me back. I called again and they were quite rude and indifferent to my situation. Was not impressed with their empathy or helpful attitude mainly because there was none.

Service from the moment stepping in til leaving is always top notch and courteous. Our favorite place by far at Grove.

A thoughtfully constructed lunch menu with something for just about any taste. Attractively presented and delicious. Service was just the right level of attention but no hovering.

I discovered their secret happy hour menu and we decided to try it out before going to the movies at the Pacific Grove. It was incredible service, we got our food very quickly, the beers were very affordable (although the happy hour beer list is not that extensive), the wine choices were great. All the food was fantastic, especially the fries with truffle aioli. We will definitely go back for their Happy Hour. P.S. We went on a Friday night, there was live music in the outdoor seating area, which was very nice as well. Not sure if it's only Fridays that they have live music, however.

For years I've believed the canon that "There is no good food to be had at the Grove" And all this time, Whisper Lounge has been hiding in plain site.
