The restaurant was bustling, and there was a wait for a table. We decided to try the Tokyo style ramen, which had delicious peanut and sesame flavors. Unfortunately, the ramen was served a bit cold and the wheat noodles were too firm for our liking. The lively ambiance and distinct flavors made the dining experience memorable, but we hope that they can make some adjustments to the temperature and texture of the noodles in the future.

I ordered the downtown ramen with level 4 spice and found it to be overly spicy, even though I usually enjoy spicy food. The peanut butter flavor was overpowering and not to my taste.

12/2023: This time, I tried the downtown style without soup. The noodles were good quality but the broth had an ultra concentrated tangy flavor. It was difficult to finish. I might try the Tokyo style without soup next time, but in general the soupy ramens seem to be a safer choice. 12/2022: So good. Tried both the downtown style and Tokyo style with soup. Both tasted great but I think I like the downtown style a little more. Level 3 for both spice levels was perfect for me; it ended up being slightly less spicy than Shin ramen. Fast service and good prices too.
