Truxton's American Bistro - Los Angeles

I love that you are close to the airport I had a friend from Detroit going to the funeral for Mr and Mrs Clarence Avant in Beverly Hills. Truxton's has the Best Food always leave with a smile.

I went here in 2017 when I was 9. My name is literally Truxton. I said that to the lady up front and it was a big celebration. The owner I believe even paid for my food all because of my name! It truly was a memorable moment!

Food was a mixed bag. Good: crab cakes appetizer, burgers, shrimp tacos Middling: fish and chips (batter was soggy with good sized cod), monkey bread (not sure what the hype was as the bread was too greasy). Waiter was attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

I used their room for after a funeral in February but I have been back 4 times since Feb. Such nice people and great food. Today I tried breakfast burrito. If you’re going to airport get takeout

Almost gave 4 stars because of the noise but they were playing nothing but great classic r&b, so evens out. Great food quick.
