I later checked with my credit card company and confirmed that the payment for one of the gift cards had been processed. When I returned to the store to reclaim my $20, a person named Carlos told me they needed to review the transactions for that day and promised that the manager would call me. I’m still waiting for that call, and I have a sinking feeling that I may never see my $20 again. Please be cautious if you decide to visit this place; I hope you don't end up losing any money. If I don’t get my money back, they will have lost me as a customer for good.

I've been a fan of the number 9 sandwich for years. Their turkey and avocado sandwich is also one of my favorites. I've tried several boxed lunches at events, and I’ve found their portion sizes and condiments to be very generous. Don't miss out on the pastrami!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I attempted to order a gluten-free wrap online, which was listed as an option on the menu, but I wanted to make a few adjustments. So, I called to place my order, and the manager told me they didn't have it, while the employee seemed unaware of what I was referring to. I don’t understand why it’s listed as an option on the website if it isn’t available at this location.

Clean restaurant and tidy sandwich bar. Love their sandwiches, better than Subway’s. Oops..

Love these sandwiches! Great fresh deli flavor with reasonable prices. I wish I would have tried them years ago!
