Silverlake Ramen - Los Angeles

Pork bun was delicious! Great sauce, pickled onions and tender meat. Spicy chicken bun was pretty good! Nice kick of heat , color, and crunch. Impossible bun is not good, wouldnt get again. Sauce is not good, only had cabbage, but its just 1 large hunk of impossible patty thats crusted. Skip this one.

Spicy Tonkotsu was very tasty, they seperate broth and noodles which I liked and food came warm. They forgot to add seaweed but not a huge issue. Shrimp Tempura hand roll is a bit overpriced only comes with two pieces but overall the food was very good.

Came cold. noodles stuck together. Had to reheat in microwave. Probably would be better to eat in but as for take out poor quality. Broth tasted like old oil. 0/10

Garlic Truffle ramen is AMAZING, flavorful and well portioned. Tuna Crispy Rice and Chicken Karaage are also equally delicious. Anything you get here is going to be good!

Spicy chicken bun is SPICY. Owwie. Delicious though! My ramen was sadly a huge clump, wish theyd just add the broth to the noodles there!
