Pearl's Finest Teas - Los Angeles

I came in at a pretty off hour (4pm ish on a Thursday) and it was completely empty. However, the woman working was SO kind and has such high energy!! She was really patient with me asking about the caffeine levels in the different teas and if there were any caffeine free options. I ended up getting the orange yuzu (which I wasn't expecting to be blue at all, it was a great surprise) with honey boba pearls. The tea was SO refreshing and tasty! I came with my partner and he got the oolong milk tea with honeydew flavor (no sugar based on employee recommendation) and the honey boba. It was also DELICIOUS but way more decadent than my iced tea. I do wish I got the aloe or lychee jelly but I'll have to come back and try another time.

Terrible customer service experience, we came in around 6:30 pm, and tried to get in then realized they were not open due to some system issue, the guy inside was so rude and almost yelled at us saying they are closed. What a bummer for closing earlier without adequate notice online, which merchant can certainly post special hours for a day on yelp page, so people wouldn't bother to come, and it's even worse for yelling at people try to do business with them.

Came here today at 6pm for the first time since it has one of the highest number of reviews in WeHo. This review isn't for the food but for the service literally when we walked in, one of the employees yelled at us telling us that they're closed and to get out. We were surprised at the service here... Definitely lost our business here.

Went here after the Melrose Trading Post and was very disappointed with my drink. Quality of the tea this is your classic run of the mill powder that leaves you wanting more. The only good part of my experience is that you can adjust the sweetness. Quality of the boba the boba was hard and chewy. They were bordering crunchy, it definitely did not taste fresh. Overall, I would not recommended coming here for a boba milk tea. Maybe their other drinks are good, but they've certainly missed the mark on a classic.

I got the black tea 0% sugar with sea salt foam. I thought the foam would be sweet, but it was fully salty. The tea was good and the drink was refreshing, but for the price it was just ok.Food: 3/5
