Nagila Pizza - Los Angeles

I approached the large sign that said "PICK UP HERE," which is beyond the line, and waited for someone to acknowledge me. One of the staff members told me that the line was behind me. I explained that I had two pizzas waiting for pickup and asked if I really had to wait in a 20-person line for them. He replied that there was only one line and it was indeed back there. Reluctantly, I joined the line and expressed to the cashier how unreasonable this situation was. Meanwhile, the worker who had initially told me to get in line seemed to find it funny, laughing in my face. Frustrated, I decided to forgo my order and left the establishment. It's disappointing to see customers treated so dismissively and rudely; it goes against the values that should guide any business.

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. The falafel sandwich is especially delicious—be sure to ask for extra hummus and tahini; it makes it even better. I also love the pizza topped with green olives. It can get busy at times, but I've consistently had good luck with quick and friendly service. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. You won't be disappointed with this place!

I can't believe that a business can be so disrespectful to customers and still stay in operation.
