Jersey Mike's Subs - Los Angeles

The location is the worst. The staff is disorganized, unpleasant, and very slow. My online order was not ready when they said it would be, and when it finally was, the staff was confused about whose order it was. I even witnessed them putting the wrong ingredients in an order; instead of making a new sub, they tried to cover it up. I strongly recommend choosing a different Jersey Mike's location rather than this one on Olympic Blvd in West LA.

The restaurant closed early for no apparent reason. I highly recommend trying the place next door called "Good Stuff."

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. There were three staff members who clearly didn't know how to run a sandwich shop efficiently. Two of them seemed like they were high, while the third just stood around watching the others work slowly.

Extremely good service by their employees. Aaron was extremely helpful and respectful while he took our order. Sandwiches were done exactly how we like them. Food was great. Thanks Peace

We had an issue with our delivery order. I called the store to ask what might have happened and spoke with Steve, the manager. Steve was beyond concerned, he listened to us and said that there was indeed an issue with the product. He offered to replaceboth subs. I drove to the store the next day and was helped by manager Michelle. She said she knew about the order and wasready to make it right. She walked the order to my car, added a couple of cookies and insisted on refunding the original order.I told her it wasn?t necessary but she wouldn?t take no for answer because ?if customers don?t speak up when there?s an issue,they can never make things perfect. It?s our way of thanking YOU?. I was blown away. Steve and Michelle earned a customer forlife. Bye-bye Subway!
